Senior Software Engineer
This role will require you to show strong technical and leadership skills, while providing technical guidance and mentoring to the team. You will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Product Management and UX to produce the highest quality software possible for our customers. You will:
- Propose Engineering solutions and implement well-designed code to meet requirements
- Drive scalability, performance and operational efficiency across our platform
- Be active in the design and planning of upcoming features
Work with customer support teams to resolve customer issues - Be active in ensuring high availability of our service
Skill Requirements
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in software design and development, preferably using Java or other languages like Python, or C++.
- Deep understanding and experience of scalability using Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing and related technologies, e.g. Kafka, AWS S3, AWS EC3, Serverless Computing, Redis, DynamoDB
- Strong knowledge of RESTFul Style architecture and related concepts
- Strong knowledge of concurrency and/or parallel concepts
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to debug complex problems
- Demonstrable experience in delivering complex solutions to customers
- Familiarity with agile development and CI/CD
Ability to lead in both leading sprints and leading/mentoring junior members of the team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

AI Engineer
This role will require you to show strong AI expertise, as well as general software engineering and technical skills to provide leadership in delivering AI solutions as part of our platform. You will work collaboratively within the Engineering team to develop the team’s knowledge of AI and your own technical skills. You will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Product Management and UX to design and produce the highest quality AI solutions possible for our customers.
You will:
- Identify and propose innovative AI solutions to meet customer needs
- Work within the Engineering team to integrate AI solutions
- Be active in ensuring the robustness and scalability of AI products
- Be active in the design and planning of upcoming features, particularly AI
- Work with Product Management and Sales to release AI products
Skill Requirements
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in software design and development, with at least 3 years working in AI or ML
- Deep understanding and experience of AI and LLM technologies, e.g. GPT, Llama, Gemino Claude, AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, TensorFlow
- Demonstrable experience in delivering and scaling complex AI solutions to customers
- Good understanding and experience of scalability using Distributed Systems, Cloud Computing and related technologies
